General terms and conditions of business

  1. Basics
    1. Our General Terms and Conditions of Regauer Media GmbH, Obermarkt 19, A-6600 Reutte, VAT ID: ATU76669115 (hereinafter referred to as "coupona") apply to the sale, procurement or brokerage of tickets.
    2. The events are carried out exclusively by the organizer. The general terms and conditions of the organizer apply to attendance at the event. The contract for the visit is therefore concluded between the ticket purchaser and the organizer.
    3. coupona enables the organizer to sell event tickets and is therefore only an agent or procurer of event tickets and never the organizer. Tickets are sold in the name and for the account of the event organizer.

  2. Event and requirements
    1. All information about the events (such as location, date and program) comes from the organizer itself and is not checked by coupona.
    2. The buyer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the customer data entered in the ordering process.
    3. The purchase of event tickets is permitted from the age of 18 or with the consent of a legal representative.
    4. The contract between the buyer and the respective organizer is concluded by the provision of the ordered tickets by e-mail or instant download.

  3. Payment and delivery
    1. Payment is processed by an external payment provider. The general terms and conditions of the payment provider apply to this section of the order.
    2. The ticket prices include statutory VAT.
    3. After successful payment, the ordered tickets are immediately available for download. In addition, the buyer will receive all tickets plus invoice by e-mail.

  4. Right of withdrawal
    1. Services provided in connection with leisure activities are excluded from the right of return - provided that a specific date or period is contractually stipulated for the fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
    2. Rebookings are not possible (e.g. date, timeslot, category).
    3. In most cases, it is possible to take out cancellation insurance for tickets after the order has been completed. This is handled by a partner company. The general terms and conditions of the provider therefore apply.
    4. The organizer or agent or procurer is entitled to cancel orders in exceptional cases. This applies in particular if a contingent has been accidentally overbooked (through other channels) and the implementation can no longer be guaranteed (e.g. for shuttle bus tickets).

  5. Event tickets
    1. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer has the right to attend the respective event.
    2. The ticket works printed out or on the smartphone and is only valid with an undamaged bar or QR code. Protect the ticket from moisture and soiling.
    3. Only fold or cut the ticket along the lines provided and do not crease the codes.
    4. The ticket only works once and is validated when you enter the event. Additional tickets with the same code will be rejected by the system.
    5. The printed code must be kept strictly secret. The purchaser is responsible for the safe storage of their tickets.
    6. Tickets purchased at the box office or at advance booking offices are usually printed on thermal paper. They must be protected from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
    7. Unreadable or damaged tickets are invalid and may prevent access to an event.
    8. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. To replace damaged tickets, please contact the respective event organizer directly.
    9. Private transfer of a ticket is permitted, commercial resale is prohibited.

  6. Cancellation of an event
    1. If an event is canceled, postponed or otherwise canceled, the purchaser is entitled to a refund. The organizer is solely liable for the refund of the ticket price.

  7. Data protection and data transfer
    1. If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
    2. We would like to point out that the IP data of the connection owner is stored in the context of cookies for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for later contract processing.
    3. In addition, your order data is also stored for the purpose of contract processing (name and address as well as the items ordered). The data provided by you is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures.
    4. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.
    5. The respective organizer has access to your order data (name and address as well as the items ordered). The organizer is also obliged to process this data in accordance with the current guidelines of the GDPR.
    6. A further data transfer takes place to the payment service provider for the purpose of carrying out the payment of the purchase price.

  8. Final provisions
    1. If individual provisions of this contract are invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract.
    2. The law of the Federal Republic of Austria applies exclusively.
    3. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of coupona.
    4. coupona is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
    5. coupona is entitled to transfer rights and obligations arising from this contract in whole or in part to third parties. However, this can only be done with a notice period of four weeks.
