Reduced admission: Holders of a disability ID card, school students, students up to 26 years of age, apprentices, and seniors aged 65 and over
Free admission for: Children under 6 years of age, dogs
Important Information
Booking a time slot is required.
There is no limit on the length of your stay in the park.
You may enjoy the park for as long as you wish after your booked admission time.
Rescheduling Option
The rescheduling option can be added per ticket and allows for a one-time date change.
Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the booked visit date for:
- available dates
- the same or a lower-priced ticket category
Not possible for:
- sold-out dates
- higher-priced dates

Complaints
Complaints regarding online ticket purchases must be reported in writing to lumagica@ivents.at within 30 minutes of purchase.
